Request an FCC renewal filing when your license is about to expire. A license is eligible for renewal 90 days prior to expiration. We also take care of filing late Renewals. |
If your radio system has changed ownership, you need to follow the proper FCC change-of-ownership procedure. Since all changes of ownership require approval by multiple federal organizations, this can be extremely involved. |
Once a license grants or an existing license is modified with new frequencies, a final Construction Notification is required by the FCC. Without this filing, your license automatically terminates one year after the grant date. |
